1. Fuel heat transfer oil constant temperature automatic control system:
The processing of SBS modified asphalt is carried out within a certain temperature range. In order to ensure that the constant temperature is within a certain range, domestic high-quality heat transfer oil boilers, pneumatic valves, temperature controllers, and heat transfer oil are used. The temperature in each asphalt tank is automatically controlled within the required range through the automatic combustion and stop of the boiler, the circulation of heat transfer oil, and the automatic opening and closing of the pneumatic valve.
2. SBS, asphalt metering control system:
Strict proportioning is one of the important conditions to ensure the production of qualified modified asphalt. The proportioning accuracy of SBS and matrix asphalt can be guaranteed through instrument setting and PLC interlocking control. In the metering conveyor, the weight signal of the SBS is fed back to the PLC at high speed through its counting device, and is continuously compared with the set value; the matrix asphalt passes through the flow meter under the action of the asphalt pump, and the flow meter feeds back the flow signal to the given value The controller is constantly compared with the set value. In the program, the anti-heavy addition, non-addition, and less-adding program segments are set. Each swelling tank must be fed according to the given formula, otherwise it will not be automatically converted.
3. High-speed shear homogenizing mill, super mill
This is the core equipment of the complete set of equipment, which has a high chance of shearing. It first sends the SBS asphalt mixture into the high-speed rotating grinding discs through the absorption and stirring of the inlet screw, and is subjected to countless times in numerous grinding teeth and grooves. The shearing and grinding are integrated, and the modified asphalt produced after 2-3 times of grinding fully meets the JTG F40-2004 standard.
4. Automatic control system
The whole production process is controlled by industrial computer and PLC imported from Japan. The production process is intuitively and vividly displayed on the screen, which can dynamically reflect the changes in the production process. Necessary interlock protection, automatic alarm protection, daily output and monthly output are set. Printing, recording, liquid level display and control, etc. In order to increase the reliability of the whole system, a manual button operation part is set in the system.
5. The production process of the assembly line
The complete set of equipment consists of 2 batching tanks, 1 buffer, 3 incubating tanks, 1-2 high-speed shear homogenizing mills (super mills), coupled with pipelines, valves, etc. to form an assembly line production device. The working process is as follows: base asphalt and SBS are sent to two batching tanks after being measured and proportioned for stirring and mixing. 4. 5.
