2. The asphalt tank has a volume of 6.3 cubic meters, equipped with internal thermal oil heating for efficient heat transfer. This design ensures rapid temperature rise and excellent insulation performance. The thermal oil pipelines are strategically laid in two layers—bottom and middle—allowing the removal of demulsified and settled asphalt via heating. Once the demulsified asphalt is rendered fluid through thermal oil heating, it can be discharged smoothly from the side outlet at the bottom of the tank.

One-touch heating activation: Equipped with an intelligent heating system and imported burners, this system offers flexible heating options—either directly inside the tank or externally via asphalt pumps, pipelines, and rear nozzles—allowing you to heat only the specific areas required. The inverter provides stable voltage power supply to the burner, significantly reducing its failure rate. Meanwhile, the thermal oil pump is driven hydraulically, while temperature control is conveniently managed through an intuitive touchscreen interface.

4. Equipped with an intelligent computer control system that allows precise adjustment of the spraying volume—applying exactly as much asphalt as needed, minimizing waste. The control components include a German Siemens PLC and control modules, paired with a Taiwan Weintek touch screen.

5. Hydraulic drive system with low failure rate and silent operation, featuring valve assemblies from Taiwan's Beifang Jinggong brand, equipped with a cooler to ensure that the oil temperature remains within safe limits even during summer construction.

6. The rear-mounted intelligent spray system features individually controllable nozzles, allowing for flexible adjustment of the spraying width within a range of 4.5 meters. Additionally, it is equipped with a manual spray gun for targeted repairs or localized applications on small-area patches and community roads. Notably, the rear section no longer includes physical control switches; all operations, including manual adjustments, are now performed directly on the screen, further enhancing the system's智能化 level.

7. Upon completion of construction, one-click cleaning automatically flushes the oil return system, asphalt pump, and nozzles.
