The intelligent asphalt distributor consists of a car chassis, an asphalt tank, an asphalt pumping and spraying system, a heat transfer oil heating system, a hydraulic system, a combustion system, a control system, a pneumatic system, and an operating platform. Capacity is divided into: 3T, 5T, 6T, 8T;
1. Applicable media for this spreader: emulsified asphalt, modified emulsified asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, hot asphalt.
2. The spraying quantity of the sprinkler can be adjusted at any time during the spraying process.
3. The spray arm has up to 40 nozzles, and each nozzle can be controlled independently to meet the needs of various spraying widths. There is a manual spray gun, which can make up spraying on the corners.
4. The spraying power of this machine is single, does not rely on the vehicle's own power, can completely solve the normal spraying function between the speed of 0-5km/h, and meet the spraying accuracy requirements in the initial stage of the vehicle.
5. The whole machine has a well-designed automatic heating system and insulation layer, with fast heating speed and small temperature drop.

1. Intelligent control
The control of spraying operation can be completed in the cab, the spraying amount can be set on the touch screen, and a manual operation platform is provided.
2. Quantitative spraying
The spraying process is controlled by the microcomputer in a timely manner, the pump speed is synchronized with the vehicle speed, computer speed compensation is adopted, and the external power output is independent. Once the sprinkling amount is set, within the recommended speed range, it will not be affected by changes in the speed of the vehicle, and the sprinkling amount is highly accurate.
3. Width control
The sprinkling width can be adjusted freely, the unique nozzle design can be manually controlled individually, and the sprinkling width can reach 4 meters.
4. Spread evenly
The unique nozzle design can carry out triple overlapping spraying, and the spraying amount is very uniform within the range of 0.5-2kg/㎡.
5. Easy maintenance
Asphalt pipelines are heat-traced by heat-conducting oil throughout the entire process, and do not need to be baked. After spraying, the asphalt pump and nozzle do not need to be cleaned with oil, and the emulsified asphalt in the pipeline and spray pipe is pressed back to the tank with high-pressure air, and then the oil circuit and nozzle are purged.
6. Free configuration
The equipment is self-powered, and the selected car chassis must have low-speed stability (3-8 kilometers per hour). Party A only needs to provide the vehicle model, the inner diameter of the bucket, and the height from the ground. It can also be customized according to the customer's existing vehicles. The hoisting structure can realize multiple purposes for one vehicle and save investment for customers.
