The asphalt de-barrel equipment is aimed at the urgent problems of asphalt heating speed, high energy consumption, easy aging, and heavy pollution in road construction, and the asphalt de-barrel equipment starts from the requirements of the user unit and changes the traditional design process. The high-temperature area is relatively closed in the asphalt storage container, the high-temperature part is actively heat-insulated with heat storage, the heat energy is highly concentrated and graded, and the thermal efficiency is improved.
The asphalt de-barrel equipment realizes the heating and preheating of asphalt, and the output of high-temperature asphalt and the supplement of asphalt preheated asphalt are carried out in the same amount, synchronously and automatically in a closed state. , drum turning and loading integrated device, heat transfer oil heating system, heat transfer oil circulation system, asphalt heating system and electrical control system and other parts.
The interior is divided into two sets of heat conduction oil heating system and asphalt heating system. The heat conduction oil heating system mainly uses heat conduction oil as a carrier to transport heat to the asphalt de-drum chamber. The asphalt de-drum chamber is surrounded by heating coils, and the heating pipe and the asphalt drum mainly exchange heat through radiation to achieve the purpose of asphalt de-drum. The asphalt heating system mainly relies on the flame and flue gas to exchange heat with the asphalt through the steel pipe to continue heating the asphalt extracted from the barrel. Bring the temperature up to pumping temperature (110°C).
After the asphalt reaches the pumping temperature, start the modified asphalt equipment. Through the asphalt pipeline system, it comes out from one end of the debarrel chamber and enters the other end of the debarrel chamber for circulation. After temperature and no moisture, it is pumped into the asphalt storage tank. In the asphalt pipeline system, a filter device is installed to automatically remove the barreled asphalt slag.
The barrel is placed on the platform, and the barrel is turned over to the landing gear by pressing down on the oil cylinder. Rotate through the undercarriage into the barrel removal chamber.
