Product Introduction
This emulsifier has excellent emulsifying properties. There is no need to adjust acid when producing emulsified asphalt, and it can emulsify various road petroleum asphalt. In highway engineering, it is used for slurry seal, permeable layer and base seal of asphalt pavement. The performance indicators of the emulsified asphalt produced by the asphalt emulsifier meet the BC-1 and BCR standards of JTG F40-2004.

② PH value: 6-7
③ Solubility: Completely dissolve in water
④ Appearance: dark brown viscous liquid
Usage and Dosage:
It accounts for 18-25‰ of the total amount of emulsified asphalt. The amount of different asphalt is different, and the optimal amount is determined according to the test.
① Emulsifier: 18-25‰ (70# asphalt)
② Asphalt temperature: 130-140℃
③ Temperature of emulsifier aqueous solution: 55－70℃
④ Proportion: asphalt: water = 5:5
