Product Features
ONT18331 asphalt emulsifier is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt type asphalt emulsifier, which is used for pavement construction such as permeable course, sticky course and crushed stone seal course. The emulsifier has stable performance and super emulsifying ability. It can emulsify various types of heavy traffic asphalt and imported asphalt, and can directly emulsify SBR and SBS modified asphalt without obvious damage to the asphalt.

Usage and Dosage
The dosage accounts for about 8‰-10‰ of the total amount of emulsified asphalt. The dosage of different asphalts is different, and the optimal dosage is determined according to the experiment.
①Water temperature: 65-75℃
②Bitumen temperature: 120-140℃
③Proportion: asphalt:water=5:5
Instructions
① 70#-100# Heavy-duty emulsified asphalt usage: 8-10 kg of emulsifier (not 1 ton of water) should be added to 1 ton of finished emulsified asphalt, and the emulsifier is fully stirred in the mixing tank, and the water temperature is raised to 65°C- When the asphalt temperature is between 75°C and 120°C-140°C, emulsified asphalt can be produced.
②Usage of modified (SBS) emulsified asphalt: 1 ton of finished emulsified asphalt needs to add 16-20 kg of emulsifier (not 1 ton of water). When the asphalt temperature rises to between 170°C and 180°C, emulsified asphalt can be produced.
For long-term storage, the amount of emulsifier can be added appropriately, and it needs to be stirred for 2-3 hours a day.
Remarks: If an anionic emulsifier is used originally, it is necessary to clean the emulsification equipment with a cationic emulsifier before using a cationic emulsifier before producing emulsified asphalt.
Packaging and Storage
Net content 50kg plastic drum, store in a cool place, avoid sunlight exposure. The shelf life is generally 2 to 3 years.
